in the 2nd picture to the right is that the building in los santos that you jumped off (with the parachute on the roof) ? looks similar.

It's not bad playing it on the PC, IMO. But, I will admit, it was a pain in the ass getting it to run on my Windows 8 laptop. The best thing to do was uninstall the redistributable GFWL, install the most recent GFWL, and install the 1.0.7 patch....and it wasn't guaranteed to work. If you did all of that and it still didn't work, well you were pretty much f**ked. |

It was horrid as hell in the very beginning, because they had "future proofed" it. Which basically meant unless you were running the latest hardware, it ran terrible. And even if you were on the latest stuff it would still lag here and there. Eventually they released some patches that got rid of it. Now it runs fine on most anything today. Back when I played a lot I was using a GTX 260 and 12 gb of ram and core i7 920. But I believe it'll run fine on the later gen Core 2 Duos now. yeah i am counting down. this is going to be great.
rew666t on ps3 for anyone thats going to be multiplaying. it sounds like there is going to be some serious improvement there. also, who else has a secret hope they will have a zombie mode dlc like red dead? how absolutely amazing and life completing would that be? im off tuwsdays, i will be glued all day, if i could figure out if i had any vacation days i would be taking them all. hopefully midnight release happens around here, i will ask when i pre order. waiting for a new debit card then i think it will be time. |
