long story short some dumbass chinese kid ran into me and totaled my Z jane.

i bought a non running Z (seized motor) and i have a spare motor in the back i've been building

so far I'm going external wastegate, holset HX35 BFMF and all poly bushings on my next Z with ACT 250MM clutch and a Vlsd, and a lot of other goodies.

I sent the crank with rings and bearings, flywheel, crank gear and dampner to get balanced and micro cleaned. also ARP studs are going on the rods and the rod hole will be re-drilled for the correct size.

the Z i bought came with the 1984 orignal owners manual dating back to 1984 and records dating back to 1984 when it was first bought, it has a original nissan Z cover and a original nissan bra

ALL in all i think i scored. will update later.

so the totaled Z Jane is gone..like 4ever?

i already have a Vlsd unit sitting in my room i figure i should use it, and when it gives out, I'll replace it with a real CLSD

You did good on that purchase, and that's all the reason you need to put the extra effort into this one. No more mickey mouse modifications!!

I have a real soft spot for white Z31's because my best friend back in the day, started up the first car club I ever joined and his Z and my FC were the fastest in the club. rofl It was kinda (really) lame.

But fond memories none the less. So every time I see a white Z31 it just brings me back a bit. Haaaaaaah, I miss those days. My gay flat black FC, his clean ass white Z31.. : ( I'm getting old.

New Z looks waaaay better than the old one.
